I cannot find the user manual for the product I bought. What should I do?
You can download the updated version of the manuals for the products you bought by scanning the QR Code that you can find on the label. If your product does not have a QR Code, you can download all the updated versions of the manuals from this link.
Please note: if your product's firmware is an earlier version than the updated one, you can contact us by phone.
How can I buy a Lupo product?
Our products can be bought through authorised resellers that you can find on the Where to Buy page, through our e-commerce, or you can send a request for a quote to email@example.com by filling in the form on the "Contacts" page or by calling one of our sales offices at +39 011.411.99.19
I have not received the e-mail with the order confirmation and the tracking number of my shipment yet. What should I do?
If you have provided the e-mail address, you will automatically receive the shipment and tracking number confirmation directly from the courier used. In case of non-receipt, we suggest you check your e-mail SPAM folder, or you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Lupo lamp does not work or does not turn on. What can I do?

Can you ship internationally?
